Head of Marketing and Sales
We are looking for an ideal candidate who will lead our sales and marketing activities. You should handle intricate situations in a peaceful manner and take our business development operations to the optimum level.
As a Head of Sales and Marketing, you are responsible to enforce the best sales and marketing techniques for our products and services in both online and offline domains.
Since we are an early-stage startup, you will have an opportunity to play a key role in setting up your own department and running it most efficiently.
If you have the ability to utilize the organizational resources optimally for the business development activities, we would like to meet you.
· Handling the B2B, B2C, and B2B2C client base for the company. This includes identifying potential leads, reach outs, pitching, and closing deals.
· Handling Digital Media Campaigns for the company. This includes coordinating with third parties like SMM agencies, GD’s, etc.
· Handling PR activities for the company.
· Managing offline campaigns
· Managing and overseeing the CRM as a part of leads management.
· Managing client relationships and communication (includes calling, email, WhatsApp, etc..)
· Managing the post-sales service communication
· Online presence of the company (clubhouse, website content, FB, Quora, etc)
· Managing website content
· Any other task that is needed for business development from your department.
We have a simple online test that you will have to attempt for this role. Your selection depends upon your performance in this test.
Furthermore, previous experience in sales and marketing is desirable.
Note that this is a full-time job and you will be expected to work from our office in Dadar, Mumbai.
Monthly compensation is 30-40k INR + potential sales commissions, depending on the final interview.
There will be a probation period depending upon your final interview.
